CONSORTIUM LEAD

Dr Ashraf Bocktor is the Consortium Lead and Project Manager. he is also the CEO of C&P  Project  Management Solutions. He is an experienced programme manager who has successfully managed many complex programmes in business and academia. His passion is helping people and organisations grow into their potential and achieve objectives via the successful completion of their projects. He is known to be a prudent manager of any budget; he also shares expertise while managing the project’s holistic vision. He is a Prince2 and MSP Practitioner; has risk management certification; a PhD degree from the University of Cambridge and a Swiss MBA. He has also spoken on several occasions on how to manage successful projects. During his academic career he single authored publications—including a special issue of his research field that celebrated the achievements over 50 years of a particular scientific discipline.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Jerome McGillivray CEO, MoneyToken and AI software Lead. He has 25 years of IT management and development background and has worked in the UK and overseas, from India to the Middle East; to the US and Eastern Europe; much of that time as a programme manager on complex IT projects that have had a significant impact on organisational strategy and human resources. His R&D focus is on robotics and AI, and has been developing FinTech platforms that include AI assistance for customers making financial decisions.

INNOVATION LEAD

Paul Sloane was a Marketing Director, Managing Director and CEO of software companies. He has written over 20 books which have sold over 2 million copies in total. His most popular book is Lateral Thinking Puzzlers which has sold over 300,000 copies and translated into many languages. His top business book is The Leader’s Guide to Lateral Thinking Skills. He runs leadership master classes on lateral thinking and innovation with top corporations around the world including Nike, Unilever, Microsoft and Novartis. He has been a visiting lecturer at Cambridge University, Henley Business School. His Tedx talk is available on Youtube. It is entitled ‘Are your Open-Minded?’

Strategic Marketing & Communications

 Noreen Cesareo, FRSA, MA Strategy BA Communications leads the international boutique consultancy, Market Accents, specialising in trade and enterprise, strategic marketing, brand and communications. Previously she spent several years in strategic marketing and communications in international financial and travel services; also worked with hospitality, transportation and supply chain, professional services and marcom agencies. She works with businesses to develop thought leadership and direction, finding their voice by creating and implementing smart marketing, brand creation, striking content, and relevant, effective integrated communications. requirements. She is a recognised thought leader and regularly attends international meetings. She is visiting lecturer at the University of Malta and is fluent in digital, social media and languages.

Human Resources Expert

Anna Iskusnykh of C&P  Project  Management Solutions has a humanities background and special skills in motivating, managing and coaching people from various generations and backgrounds. She is fluent in four languages and holds a Masters Degree in Philology and a Diploma in Human Resources and Change Management. She is passionate about people’s well-being and is determined to do all she can so that no one in the corporate world loses their job. She herself experienced the closure of a large Corporate which was mostly due to the lack of employee engagement.

Tendai Nelson of Bloomsbury Clinical Research (BCR)  provide global clinical research
services to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, biotech and academic industries. The company has over 20 years’ experience in project managing product development projects, particularly with the Clinical Trial Phases within CRO’s (Contract Research Organisations), Pharmaceutical and Academic industries. BCR provides a bespoke service through specialised knowledge, experience and adaptability to suit specific needs. It aims to steer concepts through the regulatory and ethical framework whilst ensuring compliance with standards & guidelines of research conduct. Based in United Kingdom, the company is centrally placed within the world renowned research capital.

Allan Robb of Services Resumed helps corporates  achieve transformation objectives by providing expertise in Programme Leadership, Finance Transformation, Shared Services and pan-European organisational design, ERP systems and systems integration projects, including SAP and Oracle Organisational Design and PMO. Richard Bull-Domican, New Era Financial Introductions. Since founding the company in 2007, he has helped his clients by combining some of the new techniques in marketing – which allow organisations of any type and size to reach out to an infinite number of individuals – with the traditional disciplines of relationship building to generate sales leads. He follows up promotional email shots or mailshots by phone to gauge interest and arrange appointments. Richard takes the view that his clients are the experts and therefore, best placed to build the relationship following the initial approach and introduction.

Through his focus on customer value, Trusted Advisor and leveraging connected & smarter products, he has helped helped clients accelerate service business growth to over 20% per year.  Nick is Co-Managing Director of Si2 Partners, a collaboration that supports companies to leverage services and win in Industrial markets.

Dogancan Nazaroglu of Softtron,  is a software engineer and entrepreneur who worked in a senior position in national carrier Turk Telekom ensuring service quality for several multi-million dollar IT projects. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, a Masters in Software Management and in the UK also completed an MBA at Cranfield University. Softtron provides software consultancy and support services for SMEs in London.

 

 Nick Wake  of Awaken Communications,  is a Chartered Marketer, teacher and workshop facilitator. His 25-year plus experience covers FTSE top 100 client side (7 years with Whitbread), public sector (3 years with Sport England) and international business services (8 years with Grass Roots). He helps organisations solve their temporary marketing leadership challenges; provides creative marketing services for SME businesses and leads marketing and business skills workshops. He is also a tutor with Cambridge Marketing Colleges and  an Associate of Emergenetics UK.

Phillip Harrison, Head of Digital Process at Fifth9 , leads the Consulting department focusing on Digital Automation capabilities built around RPA, Blockchain and AI technologies. He helps organisations with their digital transformation including Agile/Scrum/DevOps transformations. He is also responsible for consulting departmental business development/sales, leadership, growth and strategy as well as the successful execution of all client work. In addition, he handles day to day management of the marketing team. He has advised the UK Government (MPs, MEPs & Lords), local councils and private companies on Blockchain technologies. He has also spoken on IoT, Blockchain and RPA and how they can be used together.

James Worron of Minerva Strategy  is an experienced public policy consultant. He has advised UK and international businesses on contributing to public policy debates, broader social goals, corporate social responsibility and ethical public procurement. He was part of the CBI policy-making process as Senior Policy Adviser on Public Services and Public Procurement and a Civil Servant at HM Treasury. He also advised and worked with Standard Chartered Bank; HSBC; INEOS and BAE Systems. Through Minerva Strategy he continues to add value by enabling businesses to understand and manage the cost and impact of policy and regulatory risks.

Germán Ucar La Salvia of Fun2Startup  is an engineer by training and very creative video director. He puts his heart into his work and thinks creatively at each step. He is an early pioneer who replaced conventional reporting with video reporting. He shares his expertise to enable everyone to be confident and enjoy standing in front of the camera. He was previously in sales and automation at Bosch and  now runs his strategy and marketing business.

Daniel Ospina of Conductal is an organisation designer, founder of Conductal, and visiting lecturer at Oxford University. Worked with clients such as Google, BCG, and The United Nations creating team leadership frameworks for tomorrow. He loves learning and sharing ideas, having regularly featured in international platforms like Harvard Business Review and TEDx.

 

 Jose Luis Ucar of Finding Excellence is a personal and group coach on Public Speaking and Effective Communication skills. His workshops are a delicate balance between structured approach and flexible engagement enabling participants to know and connect with themselves to better understand their products and services. He has a unique ability to see the potential and help them to achieve it. He can put anyone at ease, bringing the best out of them and giving them the confidence to stand on stage in front of a  crowd without any fears.
